About Act 2 Training

Hello, there!  Welcome to Act 2.

Act 2 consists of one female, middle-age, former health psychologist runner with an interest in helping people stay active throughout middle age and/or illness into their elderly years, and one male middle-age cyclist (@alphadogcycling) who simply has an interest in showing Masters’ prowess by dropping as many 20-year-olds on climbs as possible.

You’ll find our blog to be somewhat eclectic, with everything from product reviews (right now these consist of only our personal preferences) to discussion of exercise science and blog articles, to disability advocacy in sport, to details about our own stretch goals and struggles to stay in shape and not go gently into that good night.
